POWERBARRIER LV : is a waterborne, nontoxic, non-flammable, elastomeric coating, Single component brush, roll or spray applied. LV is applied at ambient air temperature ( no heat and no offensive odors). LV has excellent adhesion to metal, concrete, wood and most roofing substraites. 
Applications :
 
On virtually all roofing and re-roofing projects, waterproofing ( above and below grade), damp-proofing, vapor barrier, between concrete slabs, preventative corrosion barrier for steel structures, ballast tanks, structural steel / i-beams, pipeline, splash zones, pond liners for fresh water and frac water. Especially effective in areas that will see movement
